Sales Director – US

About the role

Xapads Media is a media and technology partner working with brands and agencies to deliver data-driven outcomes across digital formats and markets. As Sales Director, you will lead revenue growth and market development for Xapads Media in the United States, building relationships with agencies and advertisers, identifying new business and establishing Xapads as a reliable partner. The role is hands-on, combining strategic thinking with direct contribution to sales outcomes, and works closely with global teams across product, supply and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow Xapads Media's presence in the US market
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, advertisers and key stakeholders
• Identify and convert new business through proactive outreach and engagement
• Present and position solutions across CTV, video, mobile and performance channels
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and account growth
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign delivery and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competition and client needs, and represent Xapads in client meetings, industry events and forums

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital media sales or business development
• Strong understanding of the US advertising ecosystem, including agencies and programmatic buying models
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals independently
• Established relationships with agencies and advertisers
• Experience with IO-based sales environments
• Comfortable engaging in solution-based or SaaS-oriented sales conversations
