About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide med‑surg patient care on the night shift at the St. Mary Campus. The role follows the Nursing Process, ANA Code, and state Nurse Practice Act to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families.
Adapt communication and care approaches to respect cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity.

Required profile

Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Registered Nurse diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
No prior experience required.

Required skills

Computer skills for data entry and information retrieval.
Proficiency with Windows‑style applications and related software packages.
