About the role

Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit during night shifts, using the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.

Key responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members.
Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and hospital policies.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN license in Louisiana.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Clinical knowledge for ICU patient care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
