About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide patient care in the Operating Room/Surgery unit at Chabert, working day shifts on a full‑time basis. The role involves applying the nursing process, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality outcomes while respecting cultural diversity.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and assess learning needs.
Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources, serving as a leader on the interdisciplinary team.
Use data and knowledge to evaluate and promote changes for optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
