Clinic Supervisor – Chabert (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Clinic Supervisor leads daily operations of the appointment desks at the Chabert clinic, ensuring efficient processes, high patient satisfaction, and a motivated staff. This role reports to senior leadership and works closely with clinicians, physicians, and coordinators.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop department staff, overseeing staffing and staff development.
• Implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve efficiency and patient service.
• Monitor performance metrics and use performance management data to guide team and individual improvement.
• Resolve patient complaints promptly and maintain high employee morale.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal controls.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare/clinical experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on‑call availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication, able to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong judgment, conflict‑resolution, and delegation abilities.
