About the role

This RN Endoscopy PRN role provides patient care within the endoscopy department, applying the nursing process and adhering to professional standards. The position involves leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and assess learning needs.
  • Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members.
  • Communicate and manage nursing team resources effectively.
  • Use data to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Registered nurse diploma; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations if needed.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
