Resident Experience Ambassador - Part-Time

About the role

The Experience Senior Living team in Naples is looking for a part-time Resident Experience Ambassador. The role supports residents' daily lives by helping run activities, encouraging participation and keeping track of attendance, while working closely with the Resident Experience team.

Key responsibilities

• Help facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, outdoor time and other activities according to the monthly and daily schedule.
• Work with the Resident Experience team to bring new ideas and suggestions for the monthly program.
• Assist in creating and adjusting the Resident Experience plan for each resident and ensure every resident receives a copy of the monthly activity calendar.
• Invite and engage all residents to the extent they are comfortable, and help bring them to and from activities.
• Use Lifeloop to document attendance at planned activities and 1:1 interactions.
• Report to the Resident Experience Director any personal, emotional, cognitive or environmental concerns that limit a resident's participation.
• Maintain a customer focus, treat others with respect and integrity, and may drive the company van or vehicle as required.

Required profile

• Experience with memory care.
• Previous experience organizing activities or events preferred; 1 to 2 years of work with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, as driving is part of the role.
• Able to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Background screening in accordance with Florida law and company policy is required.
