Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing Speech Therapists and other specialized educational professionals in school‑based positions across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy, targeting passive candidates on LinkedIn, professional associations, and niche groups.
• Create and manage high‑quality job postings on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Leverage social media to build a personal brand and develop recruitment pipelines within therapy and education communities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from pre‑screening interviews to candidate submission.
• Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates and ensure communication aligns with US client culture.

Required profile

• Current residency in South Africa.
• Availability to work 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM SAST to match US business hours.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in allied health, therapy, or education.
• Hunter mindset with a track record of finding talent beyond traditional channels.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Effective use of social media platforms for recruitment.
