Rehabilitation Physical Therapist

About the role

Our client’s outpatient practice in Jefferson & Commerce, GA is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages with orthopedic and sports‑related conditions. Both new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome, with mentorship built in for recent DPT graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose a wide range of orthopedic and sports‑related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust care as needed, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the broader care team while maintaining accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program (or expected completion this year).
• Georgia state Physical Therapy licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine commitment to patient‑centered care.

Required skills
