Regulatory Response Analyst, Risk Containment (Bilingual French) - Trust and Safety

About the role

The Regulatory Response Analyst joins TikTok’s Regulatory Response Team within Risk Containment. The role focuses on handling trust & safety incidents, regulatory inquiries and compliance matters across Francophone markets, ensuring rapid and accurate responses to high‑risk content and geopolitical developments.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, manage and resolve global cases involving graphic, controversial or offensive content for French‑speaking users.
• Produce detailed incident reports and communicate findings, analysis and escalation rationale to stakeholders.
• Analyze trend data to identify process improvements and recommend actionable changes to policies, products and procedures.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Public Policy, Legal, Product and Engineering teams worldwide to develop effective solutions.
• Lead ad‑hoc and strategic projects from conception through implementation.
• Maintain composure and sound judgment in ambiguous or high‑pressure situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.
• Fluent reading and writing proficiency in French.
• Strong knowledge of political dynamics, threat actors, social‑media abuse vectors and the current regulatory landscape.
• Experience navigating regulatory inquiries and compliance frameworks with a process‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work across global time zones, including weekend shifts when required.
