Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift 11pm‑7am

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to work the night shift (11 pm‑7 am) on a full‑time basis, including every other weekend. The RN will provide high‑quality care to residents, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with nursing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and supervise delegated staff tasks.
• Evaluate staff performance, initiate disciplinary actions, and complete performance reviews.
• Communicate patient information across shifts and assist in emergency evacuations.

Required profile

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Knowledge of age‑related resident needs, nursing practices, regulations, and facility policies.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, and agencies.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities, basic computer proficiency, and successful completion of background, physical and drug screening.
