Registered Nurse (RN) – 3x12 Day Shifts

About the role

This full‑time Registered Nurse position works a 3 × 12‑hour day shift schedule (7 am‑7 pm) with every other weekend off. The RN will provide direct patient care, supervise staff, and ensure high‑quality nursing services in a residential care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate and supervise staff to ensure proper implementation of patient interventions.
• Evaluate staff performance, conduct disciplinary actions, and complete performance reviews.
• Communicate patient information across shifts and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.

Required profile

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• Knowledge of age‑specific resident care and nursing regulations.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Successful completion of background check, physical and drug screening.
