Real Estate Portfolio Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager will oversee a growing portfolio of Bosch North America Business Divisions, acting as the main contact for internal client portfolios across the region. This role involves end‑to‑end leasing activities, data analysis, and coordination with global real estate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead leasing processes from user requirement definition to negotiating heads of terms, managing broker networks and legal counsel for new leases, renewals and relocations.
• Perform data analysis and maintain portfolio information in required tools, ensuring accurate documentation and internal approvals.
• Administer lease contracts, manage critical dates, and support post‑merger integration of real estate assets.
• Coordinate worldwide with Bosch’s corporate Real Estate department in Germany to align with global strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or real estate.
• 5+ years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills in a complex, cross‑functional environment.
• Understanding of the full lifecycle of corporate real estate responsibilities.

Required skills

• Experience with high‑level, complex transaction and contract management.
• Project management proficiency.
• Basic design criteria knowledge for architectural, electrical and mechanical design.
