Real Estate Portfolio Specialist

About the role

The Real Estate Portfolio Specialist will manage a growing portfolio for Bosch North America Business Divisions, acting as the main contact for internal client portfolios across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end leasing activities, including defining user requirements, negotiating terms, and managing broker networks and legal counsel.
• Perform data analysis and maintain portfolio documentation, internal approvals, and lease contract administration.
• Coordinate with the corporate Real Estate department in Germany to support global strategies and develop strategic real‑estate plans.
• Support post‑merger integration of real‑estate assets and assist in measuring transactional performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (finance or real‑estate preferred) and 5+ years of corporate real‑estate transaction management experience.
• Strong relationship‑management and communication skills in a complex, cross‑functional environment.
• Understanding of the full lifecycle of corporate real‑estate responsibilities and basic design criteria knowledge.
• Proficient project‑management abilities; German language skills are a plus but not required.
