Maintenance Technician – Country Club Village

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Country Club Village property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep such as trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to work on‑call evenings, weekends, and holidays and to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.

Required skills

• EPA Type I, Type II, or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling.
• All state and local certifications required for service technicians.
