About the role
Join Futamura USA as a Production Machine Operator in our Topeka, KS facility, supporting the manufacturing of renewable packaging films. You will work rotating 12‑hour shifts in the Viscose Manufacturing, Casting or Coating Department.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain control of production equipment in assigned areas.
- Perform quality checks, prepare samples, and report any issues.
- Enter production data onto computers and log sheets.
- Operate hoists and adjust machine performance as needed.
- Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts and maintain regular attendance.
- Strong focus on safety and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Detail‑oriented with a history of teamwork.

What we offer
- Starting wage $20.76‑$26.30 per hour with overtime and raise potential up to $30+.
