About the role

Join Bosch Automotive Aftermarket as a Product Marketing Manager (or Senior) for Wiper Blades, driving growth through go‑to‑market strategies, market analysis, and cross‑functional product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, analyzing channels, customers, and competitors to shape business strategy and value propositions.
• Model strategic opportunities in P&L scenarios, align with stakeholders, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Sales, Controlling, Demand Planning, Communications, Category Management) to launch new customers and products on time and within budget.
• Develop channel pricing strategies, maintain competitive pricing, and support trade‑marketing promotions and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of product marketing experience.
• Strong financial acumen and proven ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% and authorized to work indefinitely in the U.S.

What we offer

• Base salary $83,000‑$100,000 per year, determined by experience and other factors.
