Product Manager – Early‑Stage AI Startup

About the role

SageOx is an early‑stage, well‑funded AI startup seeking its first Product Manager. Reporting to the CPO, you will shape product strategy, drive customer discovery, and influence the company’s trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and synthesize customer needs from usage data, conversations, and support threads to create a clear product vision.
• Define value moments, design pricing and packaging, and ensure the product delivers sustainable revenue.
• Build and run rapid experiment processes, framing hypotheses, testing with real teams, and iterating based on evidence.
• Champion product culture, rituals, and workflows, balancing speed with thoughtful decision‑making.

Required profile

• 3–10 years of experience shipping pioneering products in ambiguous, early‑stage environments.
• Deep alignment with SageOx’s mission and a hands‑on, curiosity‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to own outcomes, prioritize under uncertainty, and communicate clearly.

Required skills

• Hands‑on fluency with AI tools and ecosystems.
• Expertise in customer discovery, hypothesis‑driven experimentation, and product value design.
