Product Lead - Discovery

About the role

Radical Numerics is seeking a Product Lead for its Discovery platform. You will own the discovery side of the business, shaping how our AI models are applied to target identification and validation for pharma partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize applications of the model for target discovery and validation.
• Originate, negotiate, and close partnership deals with pharma discovery organizations, driving committed contract value.
• Collaborate with an applications engineer to build prototypes and production products for partners.
• Provide the science team with benchmark specifications that influence deal success.
• Set pricing and contract terms with the Head of Product and manage negotiations with legal.
• Maintain and expand relationships to ensure partner renewal and growth.

Required profile

• Deep fluency in human genetics, including GWAS, fine‑mapping, burden testing, and variant‑to‑function analysis.
• Broad understanding of the drug discovery workflow and how targets progress from nomination to validation.
• Proven experience selling AI or data platforms to pharma R&D, with a track record of closed deals.
• Ability to act as the sole commercial voice in scientific discussions and drive revenue ownership.
