Regional Vice President of Sales - West

About the role

Rad AI is seeking a senior sales leader to own and grow its Western U.S. territory. You will act as the general manager for the region, driving revenue across health systems and physician groups while building a high‑performing sales team as the market scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for a large Western territory, from prospecting to contract closure.
• Collaborate with customer success to ensure successful deployments and expansion.
• Develop relationships with C‑level executives, physician leaders, IT staff, and radiology directors.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and accurately forecast to meet or exceed quota.
• Travel regularly within the territory to build in‑person relationships.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of direct sales experience, including 3+ years of full‑cycle healthcare SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.
• Experience in health‑tech, especially radiology workflows or PACS/RIS, is strongly preferred.
• Action‑oriented, intrinsically motivated, and focused on delivering outcomes.
