Procurement Product Activation Manager

About the role

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams and needs a Procurement Product Activation Manager to help customers transition from manual buying processes to a streamlined, AI‑powered procurement platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid‑Market accounts from close‑won through go‑live.
• Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing workflows and design future‑state processes on Ramp.
• Provide structured product feedback to Engineering and Product based on implementation insights.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers on configuration questions pre‑close and during expansion.

Required profile

• Deep experience in procure‑to‑pay environments, having configured or managed PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync.
• Confidence in customer‑facing roles: run structured discovery, manage multi‑stakeholder calls, and maintain trust.
• Strong follow‑through with multiple concurrent implementations and independent fast learning.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.).
• Ability to differentiate user errors, training gaps, and product limitations and communicate directly with engineering.
