Process Engineer

About the role

As a Process Engineer at Applied Materials, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies, collect and analyze data, and troubleshoot engineering issues while collaborating with customers, vendors, and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design experiments, collect data, analyze results, and compile reports for multiple products.
• Perform hardware characterization and measure film properties using advanced techniques.
• Generate internal and external technical documentation, specifications, and presentations.
• Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines.
• Train engineers on measurement techniques and guide troubleshooting.
• Engage with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues.
• Identify and partner with vendors and suppliers, and lead functional project teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7‑10 years of relevant experience with strong problem‑solving expertise.
