About the role

The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high‑quality therapy to children with developmental disabilities across multiple locations in Arizona. You will create your own schedule and choose the service area that fits your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive motor assessments and develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, and independence.
• Deliver direct therapeutic interventions using a variety of techniques, exercises, and activities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and engage families in therapy sessions, offering education and support.
• Document progress notes accurately, maintain a safe environment, and participate in team meetings and case conferences.

Required profile

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Arizona State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/First Aid/Article 9 training, and professional liability insurance.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with a compassionate, client‑centered approach.
