About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Grayson, KY. The PTA will work closely with a Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, support patients in improving mobility and physical function, and help them achieve rehabilitation and wellness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering therapeutic exercises and interventions as directed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and long‑term wellness strategies.
• Monitor and communicate patient progress, response to treatment, and any changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current and active Kentucky PTA license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient‑focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering quality patient care.
