About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer across professional, personal and household matters. The role requires absolute confidentiality, flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate across multiple time zones.
- Prioritize and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
- Arrange business appointments, conferences and executive events, preparing agendas, briefing materials and expense reports.
- Serve as gatekeeper and liaison with executives, investors, advisors and external partners.
- Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, household schedules and luxury travel logistics, including flights, hotels, ground transport and visas.
- Oversee gifting, special events, personal shopping and vendor relationships.
- Support relocation, property oversight and residence management as needed.
- Maintain confidential files, process invoices, reimbursements and provide basic bookkeeping support.
- Conduct research, prepare summaries and create systems to improve organization and efficiency.
- Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc requests with urgency and professionalism.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder or ultra‑high‑net‑worth individual.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion and emotional intelligence.
- Detail‑oriented, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Ability to handle confidential information and operate with absolute confidentiality.
