About the role

Join our client’s team in Jamaica, NY as a Receptionist/Secretary, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft correspondence and manage scheduling of appointments.
  • Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Answer phone inquiries, provide information to callers, and assist visitors.
  • Arrange conference calls and coordinate meeting logistics.
