About the role
Join our client’s team in Jamaica, NY as a Receptionist/Secretary, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Draft correspondence and manage scheduling of appointments.
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.
- Answer phone inquiries, provide information to callers, and assist visitors.
- Arrange conference calls and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
Required profile
- Experience in administrative or clerical support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with the public and staff.
