PeopleSoft Finance Technical Principal Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a PeopleSoft Finance Technical Principal Consultant to join its US delivery team. The role can be performed from anywhere in the United States, including fully remote work. You will act as a senior technical advisor, helping clients resolve complex PeopleSoft Finance issues and improve their processes.

Key responsibilities

• Address user issues, resolve technical problems, and manage tickets and service requests.
• Perform configuration updates and system enhancements in PeopleSoft Finance modules.
• Collaborate with customer process consultants and subject‑matter experts to perform root‑cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Design, test, and redesign integrations using Integration Broker and batch scheduling tools.
• Execute data migration, carve‑out, and extraction activities using SQL, DMS, and ETL tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 11 years of IT experience, including PeopleTools development.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance (minimum two modules such as AP, PO, AR, GL, etc.).
• Proven experience with data migration, integration testing, and Oracle/SQL database administration.

Required skills

• PeopleTools development: PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface (CI), SQR, Integration Broker.
• PeopleSoft Finance modules (AP, PO, AR, GL, etc.).
• SQL, DMS, ETL, Autosys (or similar workload automation).
• Oracle database cloning, tuning, backup, and security.
