Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinic & Home Health

About the role

Children Matter is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (or strong Clinical Fellow) to provide child‑led, strengths‑based therapy for neurodivergent children in both clinic and home settings. The role emphasizes collaborative, relationship‑centered care within an interdisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech‑language therapy services for pediatric clients using a child‑led, strengths‑based framework.
• Collaborate regularly with occupational therapists and other SLPs to deliver integrated, holistic care.
• Build respectful partnerships with families and caregivers.
• Create engaging, flexible therapy sessions that honor each child’s interests, sensory profile, and communication style.
• Participate in team meetings, case collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
• Complete documentation promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
• Passion for neurodiversity‑affirming, strengths‑based care.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Flexible, creative, and eager to learn.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged.
