About the role

A Dental Treatment Coordinator at Children’s Dental FunZone guides families through pediatric orthodontic care, presenting treatment plans and ensuring a smooth, friendly patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans, options, and financial arrangements to patients and parents.
• Verify and manage dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Denti‑Cal) and utilize electronic billing systems.
• Offer flexible payment solutions and financing options while collaborating with the dental team for seamless care.

Required profile

• Proven experience in dental sales and treatment coordination.
• Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Dentrix software (preferred).
• Familiarity with dental insurance plans (PPO, HMO, Denti‑Cal).
