Orthodontic Assistant – Part-Time

About the role

Join a rapidly growing pediatric dental office where every day offers a unique experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant or RDA with orthodontic experience to support our team.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize instruments and set up trays.
• Maintain and test equipment such as sterilizers and x‑ray processors.
• Pour models and perform other lab procedures.
• Chart and document exam findings in patient records.
• Keep operatory and laboratory clean, orderly, and well‑stocked.
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to develop preventive dental activities for the community.

Required profile

• Must love working with children.
• OA/RDA license issued by the Dental Board.
• Upbeat personality and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend.
• Familiarity with dental terminology, materials, medications, and instruments.
