Operations Team Member – Manufacturing

About the role

Join Hankook Tire's Manufacturing Team as an Operations Team Member, supporting continuous production while maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety. This position offers flexible scheduling and serves as a pipeline to various operator roles across production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery, performing routine quality checks and inspections.
• Conduct basic preventative maintenance, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and assist with line changeovers.
• Manage raw materials using FIFO, enter data into computer systems, and maintain accurate production logs.
• Perform calibration, cleaning, and setup of machines for production cycles.
• Detect and report non‑conformities, separate defective products, and ensure compliance with OSHA and GMP standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work safely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and climb ladders or stairs.
