Operations Manager

About the role

Remilia Corporation, a creative technology studio, is looking for an Operations Manager to own and evolve its operational infrastructure across finance, people operations, contract coordination, and office management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial administration including external bookkeeper relationships, expenses, payments, vendor management, and budget tracking.
• Oversee people operations from onboarding to offboarding, maintain employee records, coordinate benefits, and run HR processes and review frameworks.
• Coordinate contract review, execution, repository management, and liaison with outside counsel on routine matters.
• Maintain and improve office operations, identifying breakdowns and scaling processes as the company grows.

Required profile

• Experience running financial administration in partnership with an external accounting team.
• Proven ability to handle multiple operational workstreams simultaneously without direct oversight.
• Familiarity with California employment law is a plus.

Required skills

• Working fluency with project management software such as Linear, Jira, or Asana.
