Talent Acquisition Advisor – Corporate Recruiter

About the role

Envista is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full‑cycle recruiting across multiple functions and business units in North America. The role blends proactive sourcing, market insights, and strong stakeholder partnership to attract top talent for professional and managerial positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for roles in the United States and Canada, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and set clear timelines.
• Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and assessment discussions to evaluate fit.
• Facilitate interview processes, drive timely hiring decisions, and manage offer negotiations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, talent communities, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill positions, using market research and talent mapping.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to work onsite four days a week in the Brea/Irvine area.
