Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter

About the role

Schneider is looking for a bilingual entry‑level recruiter to join its Green Bay team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective truck drivers, handling inbound and outbound communications, conducting interviews and extending job offers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from truck driver candidates.
• Make outbound calls to driver prospects and clearly present driving opportunities.
• Conduct interviews with pre‑qualified candidates and make hiring decisions on behalf of Schneider.
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Associate degree in business administration, human resources, sales or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
