Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Home Health/Clinic

About the role

The SPEAK Center is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver pediatric therapy in home health and clinic settings across Arizona. You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on helping children with developmental disabilities achieve greater independence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations assessing motor skills, sensory processing, self‑care, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based strategies, adaptive equipment, and sensory‑based interventions.
• Educate families and caregivers on home and community strategies to support progress.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and participate in case discussions and trainings.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Arizona OT license and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR, First Aid, and Article 9 training (or willingness to complete).
• Professional liability insurance (if applicable).
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy, especially with developmental disabilities.
