Key responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using clinical observations and standardized assessment tools.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans to improve daily functional abilities.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Advocate for clients' needs, helping them access community resources, services, and accommodations.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or current license eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills with a patient‑centered approach.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Physical ability to safely lift and assist patients, stand for extended periods, and perform therapy‑related tasks.
