Non-Technical Project/Program Management IV – Escalation Management

About the role

The Regional Escalation Team drives part escalation containment and creates proactive awareness of global supply risks. This role analyzes, contains, resolves, and communicates supply risks to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proactive communication packages for customers outlining identified risks and potential impacts.
• Analyze large data sets on supply, escalation, and customer information to generate insights and recommendations.
• Assess spare‑part supply risks, prioritize them for early action, and partner with purchasing and commodity teams on risk communications.
• Institutionalize consistent regional fulfillment processes, tools, and governance while managing cross‑functional projects.
• Prepare and present status reports, ensure compliance with internal timelines, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Intermediate knowledge of customer order fulfillment systems and tools such as SAP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive long‑term solutions in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
