MDS Coordinator – Full‑time Position

About the role

Limitlessli is seeking a detail‑oriented MDS Coordinator to join its team in Olathe, Kansas. You will ensure accurate and timely MDS assessments, review PDPM classifications, and keep staff updated on Medicare guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation and hospital records for completeness and CMS compliance.
• Validate PDPM information to optimize reimbursement.
• Complete MDS assessments and submit them in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain current knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid criteria and serve as a resource for nursing staff.
• Communicate regulatory changes, provide guidance and training, and monitor assessment schedules for consistency.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license.
• Minimum 2 years experience in long‑term care, preferably with MDS coordination duties.
• Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, PDPM, and CMS guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records and MDS software.

What we offer

• Salary range $76,000 – $90,000 per year.
