Manufacturing Finance Business Partner – US Manufacturing Sites

About the role

Join Philips as a Manufacturing Finance Business Partner supporting multiple U.S. manufacturing sites. You will drive cost visibility, financial analysis, and budgeting while partnering closely with operations and finance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial support and accurate cost monitoring for several U.S.-based manufacturing sites within the IGTD organization.
• Monitor production costs, analyze operational results, and deliver insights for business decision‑making.
• Partner with Production Managers and Cost Center Owners to understand drivers, challenge assumptions, and improve financial outcomes.
• Support budgeting, planning, and financial control activities in collaboration with the finance team.
• Act as a bridge between Operations and Accounting, reviewing financial impacts and validating manufacturing cost information.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, FP&A, or a related function within a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and ability to engage with accounting teams on financial topics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience working with Production Managers and Cost Center Owners to translate operational needs into financial insights.
• Advanced English communication skills for effective collaboration across international teams.
