Manager, Business Application Management

About the role

The Manager, Business Application Management leads the Business Applications Management team to ensure Contexture’s applications support workflow and productivity across the organization. Based in Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO or Grand Junction, CO, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce standards for application configuration, ensuring consistency and maintainability.
• Track, prioritize and resolve issues and requests, producing detailed release timelines and project controls.
• Lead a team of analysts and administrators, assigning tasks, providing direction, training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to evaluate, implement and consolidate business applications, eliminating redundancy.
• Ensure all applications comply with IT and security policies, are kept up‑to‑date, and that legacy systems are retired appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of business application management and support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required skills

• Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau, Atlassian Jira, Salesforce.
• Cloud computing and platform management.
• Performance monitoring, troubleshooting and technical architecture understanding.
