Manager, Data Business Intelligence

About the role

The Manager, Data Business Intelligence leads Contexture's BI development, implementation, and maintenance, providing architectural direction and supervising a team of analysts. This role designs reporting visualization platforms and supports both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to deliver error‑free HIE/HIT reporting products on schedule.
• Oversee rapid insight delivery to accelerate decision‑making across business units.
• Supervise BI staff, manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance.
• Develop and enforce BI standards, data architecture, and project methodologies.
• Assess risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure timely project closure.
• Monitor performance of data visualization tools and maintain data governance vocabularies.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting health‑system performance measurement solutions.
• Proven leadership in delivering business intelligence and data visualizations.
• Strong ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
