About the role

Join PwC's Advisory practice as a Management Consulting – Workforce Solutions Intern for the Summer of 2027. You will work alongside experienced consultants to help clients transform their workforce, focusing on change management, communications, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of change management and communication strategies for client projects.
• Assist in developing workforce solutions that improve employee experience, productivity, and retention.
• Conduct research, gather data, and perform business analysis to assess change impacts.
• Observe and learn from senior consultants to understand client support processes.
• Help plan and implement organizational change initiatives and stakeholder engagement plans.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (typically 3rd or 4th year of study).
• Strong academic performance, preferably a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Interest in fields such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Economics, Data & Analytics, or related disciplines.

Required skills

• Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize research findings.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
