Human Capital Due Diligence Intern – Summer 2027

About the role

As a Human Capital Due Diligence Intern in PwC’s Deals practice, you will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, separations and divestitures. The internship provides exposure to strategic advice, due‑diligence processes and valuation services while you learn PwC’s methodologies and contribute to real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teams with due‑diligence and valuation activities for M&A transactions.
• Support project management tasks related to separations, carve‑out planning and operational split‑offs.
• Research and gather data to aid risk analysis and strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Help develop employee retention strategies and other workforce‑related recommendations.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
• Observe and learn from senior professionals to build knowledge of workforce consulting.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree (typically in the 3rd or 4th year of study).
• Interest in management information systems, engineering, computer science, data analytics, insurance actuarial studies or related fields.
• Available for a summer internship in 2027.
