About the role
Zurich North America is seeking a Litigated Claims Specialist to join its Commercial General Liability team, managing moderate to high‑exposure multi‑party claims with a focus on quality, efficiency, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Handle complex litigated commercial general liability claims from start to finish.
- Partner with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals.
- Communicate clearly and timely with customers and stakeholders throughout the claim process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in claims or insurance.
- Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
- Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
