Senior Mass Litigation Claims Professional

About the role

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Mass Litigation Claims Professional to join its Latent & Environmental Claims team. You will manage moderate to high‑severity commercial liability claims involving toxic torts, latent injuries, and class actions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi‑year claims across CGL, umbrella, excess liability, and specialty coverages.
• Provide technical claims service, policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Retain and manage counsel and vendors, negotiate settlements, and oversee claim communications and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of claims or litigation management experience, or equivalent JD, apprenticeship, or high‑school pathway.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and independent work capabilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
