Line Cook – Homewood Mountain Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Line Cook to join the Culinary Department at Homewood Mountain Resort, a four‑season destination on the west shore of Lake Tahoe. This seasonal position supports our restaurant operations by delivering high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up your station and ensure all necessary items are ready for service.
• Prepare food items for guests following established quality methods and recipes.
• Cook dishes to recipe, presentation, and food‑preparation checklist standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Minimize waste and consult daily with the Chef on service needs.
• Perform duties efficiently in line with Homewood policies and standards.
• Maintain punctuality, attendance, and departmental productivity.
• Assist with monthly end‑of‑inventory and other assigned tasks.
