Member Services Associate (Seasonal Full‑Time)

About the role

This seasonal position supports the daily operations of the Madison Club’s Member Services team, delivering a high‑quality experience to members and guests during the winter and spring seasons.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with reservations, itineraries, travel arrangements, entertainment tickets and general member requests.
• Maintain the game room, movie theater and workspace while providing courteous service.
• Answer incoming club phone calls and promote club events.
• Create invitations or flyers for club events and distribute them to members.
• Update member profiles, greet members by name and handle additional duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma (college degree preferred) with 1‑2 years of hospitality or customer‑service experience.
• Outgoing, well‑spoken, dependable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance, ability to lift 25 lb, and capacity to stand or sit for long periods.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to follow direction without constant managerial follow‑up.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
• Experience using email, fax, copier and general office computer equipment.
