About the role

A premier, clinician‑led national healthcare provider is expanding its Home Health division in Casa Grande and seeks a full‑time Licensed Physical Therapist. The role is suitable for experienced home health therapists or those transitioning into the field, with comprehensive training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat adult patients in their homes, evaluating mobility, strength, and functionality, and develop customized rehabilitation plans.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise routines, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a valid Arizona PT license (or license‑eligible).
• Strong clinical assessment abilities, excellent communication, and a patient‑centered approach.
• Physical capability to lift/assist patients and perform mobility‑related tasks.
