Lead Recruiter (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

Bold Metrics is seeking a full‑cycle Lead Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for its fast‑growing, venture‑backed startup. This part‑time, fully remote contract role will focus on building a strong pipeline and onboarding new hires across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting processes, including job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Develop and maintain a high‑quality, diverse candidate pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every new employee.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, improve processes, and meet hiring targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Growth‑mindset attitude, comfortable stepping outside of comfort zones.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Ability to communicate professionally and promptly with candidates and internal teams.
