Lead Product Manager – Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the acquisition of new users for Scribd’s suite of products. In this role you will define target audiences, expand the channel mix, and drive the product roadmap and engineering investment that fuels sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the acquisition roadmap, prioritizing engineering resources and adapting to market shifts.
• Develop a cross‑channel view of acquisition performance and present evidence‑backed recommendations to leadership.
• Integrate acquisition mechanisms directly into the product through referrals, sharing experiences, and AI‑ready search.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, SEO, Partnerships, and Brand to align product and channel investments.
• Set measurement standards that link acquisition spend to long‑term subscriber value.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product management or growth experience, with at least 2 years focused on user acquisition in a consumer subscription business.
• Hybrid background of product management and growth marketing, able to earn trust of channel experts.
• Proven track record of building acquisition mechanics such as growth loops into products.
• Strong data‑driven decision making with expertise in experimentation, attribution and funnel optimization.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
